This role is your opportunity to shine in a dynamic, fun and fast paced environment that revolves around dog care and a well-kept home. It’s not just about the chores—it’s about enhancing the daily life of a leading figure in the dog training community and her beloved dogs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create vegan keto meals that are both healthy and enjoyable.
  • Various household tasks including cleaning, meal prep for dogs (raw meat diet), cleaning after dogs (multi dog household), and some indoor and outdoor duties as well (gardening, cleaning bird feeders, etc.)
  • Manage errands, shopping trips, and more (driver’s license required)
  • Gradually take on more dog-centric duties, like walking dogs.

Working Schedule:

  • We start with part-time hours on Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, plus some weekday mornings. As you become an indispensable part of our routine, there’s strong potential to transition into a full-time role (Friday and Saturday will not change).

We are seeking someone with a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and a passion for cutting-edge web-based technology solutions. This role involves maintaining our CRM data integrity and supporting our team with website development tasks. You will be responsible for reconciliations, list management, CRM maintenance, and various front-end development tasks, including using page builders to edit and modify websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Data Integrity: Maintain and optimize the CRM (Infusionsoft/Keap) by ensuring data accuracy across all customer life cycle stages. Handle list management, data reconciliation, email loading, and QA sign-offs.
  • Junior Front End Development: Utilize your experience in WordPress, HTML, and CSS primarily in Page Builders (Thrive Architect, Elementor) develop and design responsive web pages. Work on projects like building classrooms in Kajabi and WordPress, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with team members and our global community, translating technical terms into understandable concepts.
  • Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest technology and digital marketing trends, continuously improving your skills and sharing innovative ideas for growth.

The Essentials:

  • 1 year of experience with CRMs (preferably Infusionsoft/Keap).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with WordPress page builders (e.g., Thrive Architect), membership site tools (e.g., Memberium), and campaign automation.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

The DogsThat team comprises a caring, diverse, fast moving, & passionate group of people looking for someone experienced with Susan Garrett’s Dog Training and also has a creative eye.

We are looking to fill two positions, each with different schedules

The first position operates from 7 AM to 3 PM ET, and the second from 11 AM to 7 PM ET.
NOTE: This role requires flexibility with potentially additional work/meetings outside of the scheduled hours.

Following a training period and based on your growing experience, there may be opportunities to adjust these schedules for greater flexibility.

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who wants to collaborate with our team alongside our fabulous entrepreneur Susan Garrett & be a part of our vision to improve the lives of dogs & dog owners by helping them understand each other better.

This position will support the vision & direction of DogsThat brand by having a deep understanding & awareness of our video branding and Susan Garrett’s dog training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching Podcast Topics and preparing outlines inspirations.
  • Researching and selecting B-Roll for video. B-Roll will often comprise of dog training nuances so a solid understanding of Susan Garrett’s dog training and a keen eye for detail is needed. An ability to understand and see the story in the video and able to select video B-Roll that suits the narrative.

  • Transcript Review
  • Podcast Resources Review
  • This role will also require Customer Happiness training and providing support in Customer Happiness as needed.
  • Various other podcast and video content tasks as required.

You’re a perfect fit if you:

  • Have experience working remotely, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about serving both a team and a very large dog-loving community.
  • Have strong experience responding to customers in online ticket support systems (Zendesk experience is a bonus).
  • Are able to “read the room” when reading a ticket and able to reply with empathy and compassion.
  • Is flexible with working with a small team and understanding there is a lot of cross-functional task sharing. Able to take on a multitude of varying tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing a customer contact and where they are in their customer journey.
  • Understands how to use a macro but knows when to modify to meet the needs of someone to ensure a positive experience.
  • Communication and Grammar skills will need to be A-class for writing, typing, and messaging.
  • Experienced with GSuite services/Slack is a bonus.
  • Bonus if you have social media design skills with using Canva.

  • You don’t enjoy trying new things in technology or trying new tactics to improve efficiency.
  • You do not have experience working from home, in a virtual global team, or in an agile development environment.
  • You are not looking for a long-term role in our team.
  • You do not like dogs 🐶 ( 🙂 ) or communicating with people from all over the world! 

Note: There will be times where it’s all hands on deck for planned activities, and times when we meet outside our own time zone. Flexibility is a must as this position may need a level of responsiveness outside of the normal work week and standard work hours during three to four events a year.
